U.S. Postal Service Recommends New Prices for July!

The USPS filed “Notice of Market-Dominant Price Change” with the Postal Regulatory Commission (PRC) and if approved will go into effect July 13th, 2025. The entire filing can be found here – docket R2025-1. Once approved, the price files will be available for download from Postal Explorer.

While the price increases are important there are numerous product and structure changes included in the filing that will be as impactful.  

Highlights include: 

-Forever Stamp increase 6.8% to 78 cents

-First Class Presort Letters increase = 7.6%

-Marketing Mail Letters increase = 8.5%

-Elimination of DNDC entry and discounts

-New Catalog Insights promotion

-Elimination of Bound Printed Matter (BPM) Flats and Parcels
