Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Description

We are seeking individuals to add to our customer service department. Our CSR’s are responsible for communicating with clients and the sales team, making sure job specifications are clearly entered and clearly communicated to the production team. We are 100% focused on the customer satisfaction and our aim is to strive for each job is done on time and according to specifications. We have been producing high quality print for over 20 years.


Ability to engineer jobs/projects from beginning to end and meet deadlines without compromising the end product or desired quality.
Provide the necessary guidance and leadership throughout the production process.
Work effectively under tight deadlines while demonstrating commitment to quality and accuracy of all print components.


Skill set specific to a fast paced Web In-line (and off line) based printing workload with strong mailing/imaging experience.
Accuracy in daily work and other projects.
Ability to meet schedules, deadlines, and stay positive in a fast paced environment.
Experienced in working with layouts and production processes Web In-line and Sheeter equipment.
Must have strong multi-tasking and organizational skills set.
Great personality, ability to function as a team player.
Ability to prioritize and identify most important tasks.
Dependable, organized, motivated and trustworthy.
Must be able to find solutions to customer issues via use of problem solving skills.


5 years’ experience in Print Production.
Should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
